About this role

This entry-level role within Lucid Software's GTM Strategy & Operations team focuses on optimizing channel sales workflows and managing partner ecosystems. The successful candidate will partner with Revenue Operations to automate processes, maintain data integrity in Salesforce, and analyze reseller performance metrics to support business growth. Working cross-functionally with senior leadership, the individual will leverage data analysis and emerging AI tools to identify operational bottlenecks and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities

Design and automate channel sales workflows with Revenue Operations
Manage reseller transactions to ensure SLA compliance and revenue targets
Maintain partner data integrity within Salesforce for leadership decision-making
Analyze reseller performance metrics to facilitate data-backed strategies
Coordinate operational onboarding and relationship management for channel partners
