About this role

Prime Medicine is seeking an Associate Scientist/Engineer II to join its RNA chemistry team, supporting the development, optimization, and tech transfer of manufacturing processes for Prime Editing therapies. This hands-on role involves conducting process development and manufacturing activities, including solid-phase chemical synthesis and downstream purification of long guide RNA. The position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance genetic medicine programs and ensure the successful delivery of IND-enabling and GMP-compliant products.

Responsibilities

Perform solid-phase chemical synthesis of long guide RNA and downstream purification
Conduct hands-on manufacturing of IND-enabling and GLP/GMP RNA guides
Author technical reports, standard operating procedures, and draft batch records
