Associate, Transaction Management

The Associate, Transaction Management role manages complex lending transactions from approval through closing, booking, funding, and lifecycle handoff, with a primary focus on SCIB lending transactions including Leveraged Finance and Structured Finance. The position ensures transactions are closed and booked in accordance with approvals, executed documentation, and operational readiness standards while supporting front-to-back coordination across various business lines. The role also strengthens the control environment and supports the execution of transaction amendments and lifecycle events.
