This role leads the strategic vision and execution of agentic AI capabilities within Lilly's CMC development organization, transitioning from human-executed workflows to autonomous, AI-enabled ecosystems. The position involves building a dedicated team, architecting an enterprise-scale AI platform, and integrating intelligent agents across drug delivery, manufacturing, and regulatory functions to enhance speed, quality, and productivity. The leader will drive cross-functional adoption, manage change, and demonstrate measurable ROI while ensuring responsible AI governance in a regulated environment.
