Associate

This full-time position reports to the Director of Specialty Claims and manages a wide variety of severity and complexity claims with coverage issues within the Commercial General Liability line of business. The role involves handling coverage litigation, managing general liability claims including New York Labor Law matters, and directing outside counsel. The incumbent is responsible for investigating claims, formulating litigation strategies, and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
