Claims Handler

This role involves proactively handling New York Casualty GL and commercial excess liability large loss claims to achieve optimum results through fair and economical resolution. The position requires assessing coverage issues, completing timely investigations, and managing outside counsel on litigated claims in accordance with company best practices. The ideal candidate will utilize extensive experience in complex claims handling and knowledge of relevant New York statutes to deliver exceptional results.
