Associate

This role supports the affordable housing asset management team of a global investment management firm, focusing on a multi-billion-dollar portfolio of Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) and other affordable housing loans. The Associate provides asset management support, loan servicing oversight, and quantitative and qualitative loan underwriting for a diverse portfolio of subsidized multifamily transactions. The position involves analyzing construction projects, monitoring property performance, and ensuring compliance with regulatory agreements and loan covenants.
