Assortment Optimization Leader

This leader manages the Assortment Optimization process for major category groups across the Ahold Delhaize USA network, driving collaboration, tool adoption, and analysis efforts for internal partners and local brands. The role involves leading a team of Assortment Analysts, supporting funding and expense targets for the Single Source assortment program, and developing future macro and micro space tools for in-store and e-commerce facilities. The position requires close collaboration with external service providers and internal stakeholders to optimize assortment for both brick-and-mortar and e-commerce fulfillment centers.
