E-Commerce Ordering & Forecasting Manager

The E-Commerce Ordering & Forecasting Manager leads the strategy for assortment, inventory, replenishment, and forecasting for approximately 15,000 products in the online store. This role is responsible for key E-Commerce KPIs such as product availability and forecast accuracy, working closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, and Fulfilment teams to enhance performance and customer experience. The position also plays a key role in the growth and transformation of Delhaize E-Commerce by driving process optimization, automation, and new tool initiatives.
