ATC Contract Manager

The ATC Contract Manager oversees all contract matters related to air traffic control services at Fort Bliss, ensuring compliance with Army regulations, operational efficiency, and high safety standards. This role serves as the primary point of contact for daily contract operations and requires on-site presence during normal duty hours. The position may be combined with the ATC Facility Chief but is not dedicated to control positions except for maintaining currency.
