Community Legal Aid is seeking an attorney to serve as a primary contact for transforming the lives of clients by addressing their immediate legal and holistic needs. The role focuses on advancing tenant rights through litigation, policy advocacy, and education in areas such as housing law, evictions, and fair housing. Staff attorneys work to identify and remediate root causes of inequities in the justice system while serving low-income individuals.
CLA is the free civil legal aid provider for the five counties of Central and Western Mass. (Berkshire, Franklin, Hampden, Hampshire, and Worcester).
