This role supports the Audit resourcing model within the Operational Excellence Hub, ensuring appropriate staff allocation to engagements to maintain audit quality and operational efficiency. The position involves coordinating resource planning, identifying and resolving staffing gaps, and maintaining accurate documentation within the ProFinda system. It requires collaboration with engagement teams, resourcing colleagues, and global services to optimize workforce allocation and support strategic business goals.
