Hunt St is a recruitment agency that helps Australian SMEs directly hire top Filipino talent at a fraction of the cost of traditional outsourcing agencies, charging a single one-time finder's fee with no ongoing management margins. Founded by Aussie brothers Shaun and Eliot, the company handles end-to-end sourcing, screening, and placement exclusively from the Philippines, backed by 30+ experienced local recruiters. Hunt St differentiates itself through transparent pricing, a 6-month cost-free replacement guarantee, and a direct-hire model that eliminates agency middlemen.
