Authorization Coordinator

This role coordinates the authorization process and supports the Health Resources Management Department by researching complex authorization rules and rendering decisions based on member benefits and contractual arrangements. The position involves entering authorization data into the Epic database, managing customer service requests, and serving as a resource for customer service. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a working knowledge of medical terminology and coding systems.
