Authorization Specialist

This fully remote, full-time position involves submitting initial authorization requests to assigned payers for Home Infusion Therapy using various methods such as paper forms, fax, or payer portals. The role requires following up on requests to ensure timely approval, understanding payer requirements, and escalating problem accounts for resolution. The specialist will maintain strict confidentiality, adhere to HIPAA guidelines, and document all communications in CPR+.
