Automation Infrastructure and Advanced Manufacturing Technologies Lead

This role leads the site-level implementation of automation infrastructure and advanced manufacturing technologies to drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing methodologies. The position oversees process and design engineering for capital projects while monitoring manufacturing processes to reduce material losses and elevate product quality. It also serves as the primary technical plant liaison with R&D, Sourcing, and Supply Chain teams to optimize manufacturing infrastructure for New Product Introductions.
