Availability Manager (TM I) (Government)

An Availability Manager for AT&T Global Public Sector supporting a large government contract, responsible for ensuring service availability and operational excellence across a mission-critical environment. The role is focused on maintaining SLA performance, leading incident response for critical outages, and providing visibility to management and customer stakeholders. This position reports to the Operations Lead and works on-site part-time in Columbia, MD.
