The Assistant Vice President, Learning & Development is a senior enterprise leader responsible for defining and activating a cohesive, system-wide learning strategy and architecture for a 28,000+ employee healthcare system. This role partners with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to position the organization as an academy of learning and to scale learner-centric solutions and learning technologies across the enterprise. The AVP also leads and develops the L&D team and shapes governance to ensure consistency and measurable business impact.
