AVP-Network Access Construction & Engineering

As an AVP of Network Access Construction & Engineering, you will lead large, high-performing organizations responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, construction, and optimization of wireline and wireless network infrastructure. This role drives operational excellence and cross-functional alignment across RAN, OSP, fiber, and project management functions to enable network growth and reliability. You will oversee multi-year capital programs, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards across multiple states.
