This role is a B2B performance marketer focused on driving qualified leads for Bluelight’s nearshore staffing solutions. The position owns the paid media and HubSpot automation engine that connects US companies with engineering talent in Latin America. The marketer will design and execute data-driven, multi-channel campaigns and build full-funnel automation and reporting to tie spend to closed deals. The role is fully remote within a fast-growing software consultancy with a strong emphasis on collaboration and continuous learning.
