BaaS Program Manager

This role supports Piermont Bank’s Banking as a Service (BaaS) business, reporting to the Chief Banking Officer and focusing on deposit and payments products. The person will manage fintech client implementations and a segment of the bank’s BaaS portfolio, driving growth for both the bank and its fintech partners. The position requires independently running multiple fintech programs and coordinating internal approvals, oversight, and onboarding. The ideal candidate has experience in fintech, payments, or banking and excels at building client relationships.
