About this role

The Balanced Pathway Candidate Program at MeBe offers an opportunity for current Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to pursue their Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) credential while receiving extensive supervised fieldwork training. Participants will engage in hands-on training consisting of treatment plan development, behavior intervention strategies, and assessments, along with a supportive community that includes peer mentorship and leadership opportunities. The program requires candidates to have an undergraduate degree, prior RBT experience, and enrollment in a BCBA program, with a focus on comprehensive training to successfully navigate a BCBA career.
