About this role
The Elevate Program at Centria is a full-time, paid practicum for trainees working toward BCBA certification, offering supervised clinical hours, mentorship, and staged wage progression. Participants work as Behavior Technicians or RBTs delivering 1:1 ABA therapy across home, center, and school settings while following a three-stage Emerge–Empower–Ascend pathway that supports progression into a BCBA role.
