Barback

The Barback plays a critical role in the success of the beverage program by maintaining bar organization, stocking products, preparing garnishes, and supporting bartenders during service. This position works closely with beverage leadership to deliver seamless, efficient, and elevated service while ensuring all bar stations remain fully supplied and operational. The role involves anticipating operational needs, maintaining stock and cleanliness, and escalating equipment or supply issues to management as needed.
