Bartender

This role involves greeting guests, taking beverage orders, and accurately preparing cocktails and other drinks according to standard recipes. The position requires managing POS transactions, collecting payments, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. The ideal candidate will have experience in bartending and a knowledge of Japanese cuisine, sushi, and sake.
