Base Camp Women's Director

The Base Camp Women's Director collaborates with the Base Camp Director and Base Camp Men’s Director to successfully execute T Bar M’s Base Camp, leading a group of summer college-aged staff in the facilitation of overnight grade school camp. This role involves year-round investment in staff, including recruiting, programming, and administrative tasks, while actively participating in camp activities and retreats. The position requires a strong commitment to spiritual growth, proven experience in leadership and ministry, and excellent organizational skills.
