Baseline Survey Consultant

This role involves leading an external, independent baseline survey across nine refugee camps in Thailand to assess access to essential services like health, education, and livelihoods. The consultant will design a mixed-methods study covering over 100,000 Myanmar refugees, analyze data on well-being and protection, and deliver comprehensive reports to the International Rescue Committee and the European Union donor. The position requires managing field operations, training enumerators, and ensuring rigorous, ethical data collection methods in a complex humanitarian context.
