Disability and Inclusion Specialist

The Disability and Inclusion Specialist leads the technical approach to disability and wider inclusion for the ReSET Programme in Uganda, ensuring persons with disabilities and other at-risk groups can meaningfully access and benefit from humanitarian assistance. The role involves developing and implementing inclusion strategies, strengthening partnerships with Organizations of Persons with Disabilities, and providing capacity building to consortium partners and IRC staff. The specialist will also oversee inclusive targeting, cash assistance, protection referrals, and accountability mechanisms to ensure equitable program delivery.
