Baseperson II (Spare) (Yarmouth)

The Baseperson II (Spare) role is responsible for managing the effective flow of communications within the Maintenance Base and ensuring the efficient dispatch of human, material, and equipment resources for road construction, snow and ice control, and maintenance operations. This position supports general office administration, including filing, mail routing, and base security, while providing customer service and responding to public inquiries. The role also involves monitoring equipment operator activities, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with emergency response procedures as needed.
