Batch Maker

The Batch Maker is responsible for blending and mixing various pigments, resins, hardeners, and other raw material additives to produce acceptable in-process batches per approved batch instruction sheets. The role involves staging and preparing raw materials, maintaining cleanliness and order in the batch making area, and communicating low material levels to the Plant Supervisor. The position requires a thorough knowledge of raw material storage systems and the ability to optimize mixer usage and efficiency. The Batch Maker must also report spills, leaks, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards immediately to the production supervisor.
