BAY Lifeguard

The BAY Lifeguard position is responsible for maintaining safe swimming conditions in the pool, deck, and surrounding areas while creating a positive atmosphere that promotes member safety and engagement. This role involves constant surveillance of the pool area, responding to emergencies, and ensuring compliance with YMCA policies and procedures. The position also includes performing equipment checks, inspecting locker rooms, and supporting healthy lifestyle standards.
