About this role

The BBYO Genesis Fellow is a two-year early-career fellowship jointly hosted by BBYO and the Nashville JCC that develops future youth leadership and program professionals. Fellows rotate through BBYO departments, receive one-on-one mentorship and cohort coaching, and gain experience in community-focused teen engagement. The program emphasizes professional development, networking, and potential conversion to a permanent role upon successful completion.
