Under the direction of the Clinical Director, this Board-Certified Behavior Analyst works directly with children with Autism, managing a caseload of 1:1 services and providing monthly supervision to Registered Behavior Technicians. The role involves implementing individualized behavior plans using various ABA techniques, training staff, monitoring progress, and conducting assessments to support skill acquisition in communication, social interactions, and daily living. The position requires a minimum of 130 billable hours per month and collaboration with clients, parents, and other professionals.
