Before & After School Site Staff

The YMCA of Greater Indianapolis is seeking Youth Workers to assist in implementing programming and interacting positively with parents, staff, and school personnel. This role focuses on fostering the social, physical, spiritual, and mental growth of children while demonstrating core values of caring, honesty, responsibility, and respect. Under the guidance of a Site Director, Youth Workers supervise groups of children and engage them in high-energy activities throughout the day.
