Before School Program Leader

This part-time, in-person role involves leading a group of 20-25 students in a before-school program, acting as a positive role model and mentor to foster a safe and nurturing environment. The position requires implementing behavior management strategies, providing academic enrichment and homework assistance, and maintaining a clean and orderly classroom setting. Program Leaders are responsible for ensuring student safety, supporting daily operations like snack preparation, and communicating student needs to site management and parents.
