Behavior Analyst

The Behavior Analyst at Chileda's main campus works collaboratively to support students in developing socially appropriate behaviors and independent living skills through individualized behavior plans and a dynamic, enriched learning environment. The role involves completing functional behavior assessments, developing positive behavior support plans, conducting behavioral therapy, and providing family guidance or caregiver training. This position requires a Master's degree in a behavioral science field and dual licensure as a BCBA and LBA.
