Behavior Coach – B.R.I.D.G.E. Program

The Behavior Coach supports the B.R.I.D.G.E. Program by providing direct behavioral interventions, coaching, de‑escalation, and skill‑building to help students with intensive behavioral needs succeed and transition back to the traditional school environment. The role also models and reinforces effective classroom management and behavior strategies for staff.
