Behavior Support Teacher (2) (BCBA Preferred)

The Behavior Support Teacher develops, implements, and monitors functional behavioral interventions and specialized instruction for students facing social, emotional, or behavioral challenges. Working within a multi‑tiered system of support, the role conducts functional behavioral assessments, creates behavior intervention plans, and provides direct crisis de‑escalation and skill‑building instruction while collaborating with teachers, administrators, mental health staff, and families.
