Behavior Health Counselor

The Behavioral Health Therapist provides evidence-based substance use counseling, therapy, case management, and harm reduction education to patients at the Meharry clinic. The role involves maintaining timely documentation in electronic health records and TN-WITS, coordinating referrals to community resources, and supporting telehealth services. This position requires working within a clinical framework to assess, treat, and plan for patient discharge.
