Behavior Mentor

The Behavior Mentor at Canyon State Academy provides case management and life skills services to youth, coordinating with treatment teams and handling documentation, crisis intervention, and progress reporting. The role supports resiliency and recovery for a caseload of 25-35 clients while adhering to agency policies and participating in training and meetings.
