Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

This role involves delivering one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. The position requires implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and helping build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living across school, home, and clinic settings. It is a year-round, ongoing position with part-time hours available and potential for full-time work based on staffing needs.
