Behavior Technician (BT)

The Behavior Technician (BT) delivers one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and helping build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living. This part-time position requires working in school, home, and clinic settings on a year-round basis.
