Behavior Technician (BT)

The Behavior Technician (BT) delivers one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and related developmental differences under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). The role involves implementing individualized treatment plans, collecting data, and helping build skills in communication, social interaction, and daily living. This is a part-time, year-round position requiring work in home settings.
