About this role
The Behavior Technician provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities in a clinic setting under BCBA supervision. The role supports implementation of individualized treatment plans to promote skill acquisition, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve clients' overall quality of life. Position is based in Boone, NC and includes flexible scheduling, supportive team structure, and opportunities for professional growth.
