About this role
The Behavior Technician provides direct one-on-one behavioral interventions to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other developmental disabilities at a clinic in High Point, NC. Working under the supervision of a BCBA, the role supports implementation of individualized treatment plans to promote skill acquisition and reduce challenging behaviors. The position focuses on improving client outcomes and supporting families through consistent, evidence-based care.
