Behavior Technician

The Behavior Technician role involves providing direct, play-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This in-person, part-time position serves clients in the Antioch, Oakley, and Brentwood, CA areas, focusing on developing communication, social, and adaptive skills through evidence-based strategies. The role offers a pathway to RBT certification with comprehensive training and exam preparation provided at no cost to the employee.
