Behavior & Training Lead

The Behavior & Training Lead provides excellent behavioral care for cats and dogs at the East Bay SPCA shelters, conducting behavior evaluations, enrichment programs, and training to improve animal adoptability. This role involves creating and implementing behavior modification plans, training staff and volunteers, and offering post-adoption support to ensure successful placements. The position requires hands-on animal interaction, data tracking, and collaboration with internal teams to maintain high standards of animal welfare.
