Behavior & Training Manager

The Behavior & Training Manager oversees all animal intake, behavior, enrichment, training, and assessment programs at the Adoption Center. This role provides direct supervision to the Behavior & Training Coordinator and ensures daily operations align with organizational policies and best practices. The position involves developing training techniques, managing canine playgroups, and instructing staff and volunteers on proper handling and training methods.
