About this role
Oak Street Health’s graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program that prepares recent MSW graduates to deliver behavioral health care for older adults within a collaborative, value-based primary care model. The program includes didactic learning, supervised clinical hours, and exposure to evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medication management. Fellows commit to working at Oak Street Health for 24 months after completing the fellowship.
