About this role

Oak Street Health’s graduate Behavioral Health Specialist Fellowship is a 12-month paid training program for recent MSW graduates focused on preparing clinicians to deliver behavioral health care for older adults in a value-based, collaborative care model. The program includes didactic training, supervised clinical hours, and exposure to evidence-based interventions and psychotropic medications. Fellows commit to work at Oak Street for 24 months following program completion.
